The Stanford Medicine Leadership Intensive provides effective strategies for transforming organizations and patient care in today's healthcare landscape. Through research-driven frameworks, influence strategies, and practical tools, leaders learn to turn insight into measurable impact.
Developed by faculty from Stanford Medicine, the Graduate School of Business, and Stanford Law School, this five-day program prepares you to navigate system complexity and lead change in care delivery. You will work through expert-led sessions, real-world case studies, and a capstone project grounded in your own organization’s challenges.
