I am Ahmad, a medical graduate and visiting researcher at Stanford Medicine.

I am looking for a place, preferably for 1 year. My move-in date is late September, but the date is flexible.
I'm fine with furnished rooms or even host families/homestays, ideally near the campus.

I'm from Iran, and in my late 20s. I'm a clean, considerate, communicative, and reliable person.
I don't have pets, and don't smoke or do drugs.

Since it is my first time moving to the Bay Area, and I am very much new there, any help would be a plus.
