We are subletting our 1-bed 1-bath apartment, with private kitchen, living room and large balcony. It is available June 27 - August 20. Singles or couples welcome.

Our apartment is a corner unit in a sought after mid-rise building in Escondido Village. It is part of Stanford Graduate Housing, so only Stanford affiliates are permitted to sublease (sorry no Stanford undergrads).

The monthly rent is $2,421 (this is our monthly rent to Stanford). The apartment is furnished and equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances, as well as vacuum and cleaning supplies.

The apartment is a 5-10 min bike ride to campus, free in-building laundry, fully furnished, and we can lend you a bike :)

Balcony faces out towards trees and mountains and has a great sunrise view.

Dates are flexible, but ideally we are looking for someone able to rent it for the whole duration. Let me know if interested. We are happy to arrange a video tour of the apartment.
