About Us:
• Currently, we are 4 people (2 males, 2 females), 3 French and one US citizen, all around our 30s
• 2 of us work at Stanford (School of Medicine), and the other 2 are professionals (data engineer and IT)
• We are foodies who enjoy cooking and sharing meals occasionally, DIY projects, playing/learning music (keyboard, guitar, and violin), and playing games (board games and video games)
We are easygoing and looking for a nice, mature, and responsible person to join our household long-term. If you think you might fit in, please come visit us!
Lease Details:
• Rent: $1,790 (approximately $1,885 including all utilities)
• Utilities: ~ $95/month/person (PGE, water, WiFi, etc.)
• Deposit: $1,000 + basic background check
• Lease Duration: 1 month minimum
