all areas;kitchen with utensils; living room; balcony; washer/dryer in the unit;
one parking spot and a swimming pool. Once a month there is a housekeeper.
All utilities and Wi-Fi included. The room is furnished with a queen size bed,
nightstand, lamps, desk and chair; dresser. The room is available Aug 15/16.
One year lease preferred but will consider a six month.

The housemate is active in the community and travels often.
