Room available in a spacious, gorgeous Palo Alto house ($1,160 per month or $290 per week) available from June 17th to July 30th.

I am leaving for the summer and am looking for a responsible, respectful, and friendly female to sublease my room until the end of July.

The house has five rooms in total and is quite big. Everyone works during the day, so the common spaces are almost always unoccupied. The three (all female) rooms share one bathroom, and the two rooms are on the other side of the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can use our shared cooking equipment.

Stanford campus is a 20-minute bike ride and a 10-minute drive. The house is also a 5-minute walk to Grocery Outlet and a 7-minute drive(25-minute walk) to the San Antonio shopping center (Trader Joe's, Walmart, Target, Safeway, Whole Foods). There is also a bus stop near the house (22, 522, and Stanford Shopping Express).
