"hi" -- We are 6 young mid-20s to early-30s professionals working at Stanford, in bio, hardware, software, and design. Every now and then, we play board games, watch movies, hike, go up to Tahoe, and other fun activities. There is ample shared space, laundry in units, free street parking, backyard and front yard gardens, etc. We have a shared room that is often used as a yoga studio and guest room. We even have a door man (Chucho, 10 pound tiny dog).

This convenient location is only 2-min drive/10-min walk from Safeway, CVS, restaurants and 6-min drive from Cal Ave Caltrain station. It's a very bike-able and walkable neighborhood.

We are looking for someone to join the lease starting July 1st 2024. You will have the upstairs master bedroom w/ private bathroom ($1664 per mo). No Summer or Sublet Option, 1yr minimum, please.

Move-in cost: rent + 1 mo rent as security deposit

Utility: Split evenly (trash, cleaning, gardening, WIFI, electricity, water), ~$100/mo
