-Duration available: 6/23 - 7/21
-Price: $450/week (but open to negotiation)
-The place is fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment. About 20 minutes away from campus via bike, nearby the 101. There is parking space in a gated garage.
-The apartment is separated into 2 floors. The 1st floor is the common space with a veranda, living room (with TV), kitchen, dining, toilet, washer and dryer. The second floor is where the bedrooms are, with a shower and bathroom.
-My bedroom has a queen bed, couch, desk, monitor, and some closet space to put away clothes.
-My roommate is a male PhD student in Bioengineering. He's very responsible and clean.
-There is also a cat.
