-close to Stanford campus (8 mins drive, 2 buses and caltrain, and shuttle options to the campus)
-2 mins walking to Caltrain Menlo Park
-5 Mins walking to MenloPark downtown (SantaCruz Ave), very close to University Ave and Stanford (7-10 mins drive) room with private bathroom (inside the room) with walk-in closet available starting from June 22nd.
-Dishwasher
-Large dining area attached to the living room
-A nice balcony attached to the living room
-Silent and safe neighborhood
-Laundry in complex
-Street parking

About the room:

-Nicely furnished room with: bed, bed frame, drawers, desk
-Private bathroom inside the bedroom, the room gets lots of sunlight

-1 year contract is preferred, shorter term negotiable.
