A lovely, completely private studio available for part of the summer while I'm away.
Minimum two-week stay, rent at $500 per week, or lower rate if you stay longer than four weeks (e.g. $1900 for four weeks).

The place is amazing and recently redone, with everything you need included:
• Amazing kitchen with washer/dryer/full stove
• Bathroom with walk-in shower with dual shower heads, large cabinet with quartz countertop
• Large patio and grass backyard
• Approximately 400 sqft
• furnished
• Off-street parking as well as plenty of street parking
• No pets, no smoking, no drugs, or parties.

It's important that you are clean, considerate and relatively quiet.

The July portion of my dates is confirmed; my June departure is not yet fixed but should be this weekend. Please note the bed is now a floor bed, rather than the raised bed shown in the photographs. Other than that, no major changes.
