I am leaving my room in a nice house in Palo Alto, 15 min by bike to the campus. It is fully furnished and the rent is 1475$ month + utilities (about 100$/month). It is available from July 6 until August 31, with the possibility to renew for the next academic year. The house has a nice backyard, a large living room, kitchen, and a hot tub.

It is furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair, a side table, a lamp and a monitor. I’m asking 200$ for all the furniture.The bathroom is shared with one man and one woman, both grad students at Stanford. You will also have 2 other housemates, having their own bathroom. The atmosphere is very friendly in the house, people often have dinner together.
