We are looking for another tenant for a minimum 6-month lease for our cute 3B3B house in Mountain View. The rent is $1850/ month + utilities (internet, water, electricity, sewage) approx $100/month.

The house is located within walking distance from the San Antonio Caltrain station (10 minutes), shopping center (Trader's Joe, Walmart, Safeway, Starbucks, CVS) and Icon movie theater!
The bus 22 (stop 5 minutes from the house) goes directly to the Palo Alto transit center. Biking to campus is also easy, it takes 25 minutes to reach the main quad.

We are 2 postdocs (1 male, and 1 female) from immunology and radiology in our mid-30s. We share the large kitchen with an oven, stove and dishwasher and a beautiful backyard with roses, outdoor patio and bbq.

The room is upstairs and has a separate bathroom with a bathtub/toilet. The room has many windows and a lot of natural light. The AC/heating system (shared with the house) makes it very comfortable in both cold and hot weather. A large closet is available in the room. The current tenant can either leave the room partially furnished (bed/mattress, bookcase, high table, bed table) or unfurnished.
The lease is a joint lease with separate deposit/monthly payments to the landlord, for a minimum 6 months, then month to month. We would prefer the new flatmate to be a postdoc at Stanford, possibly staying at least another year.
