• Location: Upstairs, with a separate bathroom that includes a bathtub and toilet.
• Natural Light: The room is bright and airy, with multiple windows.
• Climate Control: The shared AC/heating system ensures comfort in all seasons.
• Storage: A large closet is available in the room.
• Furnishing Options: The current tenant can leave the room partially furnished (bed/mattress, bookcase, high table, bed table) or unfurnished, depending on your preference.

Lease Terms:

• Duration: Minimum 6-month lease, followed by month-to-month.
• Payment: Joint lease with separate deposit and monthly payments to the landlord.
• Ideal Candidate: We prefer a postdoc at Stanford who plans to stay for at least a year.
