You’ll have your own private room and bathroom. The room is unfurnished, but the current roommate is selling his furniture if you’re interested. Rent is $1900/month plus utilities (internet and electricity, approximately $75/month). We also have a friendly, laid-back indoor cat.

• We appreciate good food and love grabbing a beer at the nearby Biergarten (10-minute walk)

Ideal Roommate:

• Preferably someone affiliated with Stanford
• Very clean and willing to take turns deep cleaning shared spaces every two weeks
• Flexible stay duration, ideally looking for a 3-month commitment
