Hi! I am currently looking for someone to sublease my apartment or take over my lease which ends September 30th. I loved living in this apartment and am hoping to find someone who will enjoy it as much as I have the last year and a half.

The apartment is located at 35995 Fremont Blvd which is conveniently located right next to the Stanford Line AE-F and Line U tour bus stop which gives Stanford affiliates free transportation to and from east bay. The apartment would come unfurnished since I am moving out on July 1st, however everything is fully remodeled. $2400 per month includes the cost of rent and utilities and will be ready for move in on July 13th (the prorated rent would be $1200 for the rest of July).
