I'll move to NYC and need to find someone to take my room. It's available from Aug 3rd. The house is AMAZING. Super beautiful, huge, great views of the bay, in a terrific location. There are 5 bedrooms in the house, and everyone is clean and quiet. The other roommates are in their mid-late 20's and mid 30s. There is washing and drying inside, a very large kitchen, huge patio with a grill and a fire pit.

The rent is $1,625 a month, plus utilities (usually around $120). You have to buy my furniture for $600 (queen-sized bed with a new mattress, two bedside tables, an adjustable desk, an ergonomic office chair, and another chair).

The house is located near Castro and Day St. The neighborhood is amazing: clean, safe, quiet, free street parking, close to 280 and 101, very close to Billy Goat Hill, and near Glen Park Canyon.

You will be sharing a bathroom with a very clean woman.
