The house is located on Stanford Ave., just a 1-2 minute walk from Stanford EVGR, offering an excellent location.

Preferably, the tenant is a Stanford student, faculty or someone affiliated with Stanford, preferably female. The tenant should keep the place clean and quiet, and ideally cook less or not at all.
