Hello! My housemate of 5 years is moving in with her partner and I am looking for a new housemate in a 2b1b apartment in Palo Alto, starting August 1st. I'm looking for another female to fill the second room. The place is bright and cozy, and it's just a 5 min walk from Cal Ave downtown area, a 10min walk to the CalTrain station, and another 10min walk to Stanford University. I'm looking for someone I can vibe with!

Laundry in-building (coin-operated/shared)
Parking space & street parking
12-month lease
Water included (we pay for everything else; Palo Alto packages utilities together - gas, electric, sewage, and garbage)

About me:
I'm 29F and work at SHC. I love to be outdoors and staying active. I also love embroidery, plants, exploring new coffee shops, hanging out with friends, and reading a good book. I am a non-smoker (no drugs too) and do not have any pets.
