The apartment is two blocks from University Avenue and two blocks from the Caltrain station and Stanford shuttles, which is the most convenient possible location in Palo Alto, especially for a Stanford affiliate. It's two minutes to the Marguerite shuttles, three minutes from the edge of campus, there's at least two grocery stores within walking distance, and plenty more.

Washer/Dryer in building is free to use and the apartment is equipped with a full layout of appliances. The unit has a stovetop, oven, microwave, two sinks, a large fridge and freezer, toilet, shower, AC, heat, fan, and two separate closets. If you're interested in renting it furnished, that is also possible.
