The room and private bath is shared in a 2B/2B condo. You have access to all
areas in the unit. It includes; kitchen and utilities; living room; balcony;
washer/dryer (in unit); one parking tag; swimming pool and once a month
housekeeper. The room is furnished with a queen bed; desk and chair; lamps;
nightstand.

The room is available Aug 14. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included. A one year
commitment is preferred but will consider six months.
