I'm a female rising 6th year PhD candidate in the School of Medicine. My roommate is moving out early September (date is flexible). The apartment is on Coleman Ave. in Menlo Park, so about a 20-25 bike ride away from Stanford. It comes with an uncovered parking place for your car. Laundry is not in-unit, but it's right across from the apartment so it's about as close as you can get. The bathroom is very spacious, and your bedroom has two closets. The rent is $1,400/month not including wifi/utilities. The lease is month-to-month, but I'm planning to stay until at least the end of June 2025 and would prefer someone who can also be here until June.

I tend to be a quiet person and like to keep things tidy around the house. I prefer to not have smoke/drugs in the apartment. I cook a few times a week, and enjoy running/working, as well as reading, baking, and board games. Message me if you want pictures of the apartment or if you think we could be good roommates!
