We're leaving our apartment at the end of July. It's a spacious (1200ft2) 3bd/2ba close to downtown Palo Alto (861 University Ave). About 10min bike ride from Stanford and close to nice parks (Eleanor Pardee, Rinconada, Johnson). The apartment is part of a small complex with a grill area and a pool (heated from May to November). It is family friendly (we have three kids) and there are many day cares around.
