The room and private bath are shared in a 2B/2B condo. It includes:

kitchen and all utensils; living room; balcony; washer/dryer in condo;
one parking tag; swimming pool; and once a month housekeeper.

The room has a queen bed; nightstand; desk; chair; lamps.

The room is available around Aug 15. A one year commitment is
preferred, but a six month time frame might be considered.

The roommate is active in the community and travels often.
