Hello! I’m looking for a female roommate to fill a room in a 2b1b apartment in San Carlos. The rent is $1850 + some utilities. Available now!

About the apartment~
2nd floor, newly renovated, a spacious living room, lots of natural light, central heating. Shared laundry. Cute garden right outside. No pets allowed, sorry :/

About the location~
5 minute walk from downtown San Carlos, 12 minute walk to the CalTrain station. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and has a nice community feel. Near the San Carlos Library.

About myself~
I’m a recent Stanford MS grad, and I work as an engineer in climate tech. I love to stay active (run, climb, hike), play board games, drink tea, and explore new places. As a roommate I’m friendly and respectful, and I like to keep common areas clean.
