I have a beautiful 2bd/1ba apartment in a beautiful leafy area of downtown PA, and I just need someone to take the other room. I will be starting the lease as well; I plan to move in this weekend, and I'm hoping to find someone who can move in by mid-August at the latest. I will pay the full rent for the time before you move-in!
