I have a room for rent inside my 2 bedroom house/cottage downtown Palo Alto two blocks from University Ave, and a 5 min bike ride to Stanford Campus. My roommate (grad student) is moving out, and I am seeking a new roommate male preferably starting September 1st. Me: Male, working professional under 40(barely). I keep my home very clean and simple. I have all the basics, couch, furniture, kitchenware, espresso machine, bbq, etc. Kitchen is big, with all new appliances. House has central heat and AC. I am open to additional furniture if need be. There is a washer and dryer in the home. Bathroom is shared. brand new full size bed included in room also. 
Rent is $1,750/mo. I pay for WiFi, Utilities are split monthly (approx $110 per person per month) Parking is always ample on the street.
