I am a research coordinator (22F) that recently started at Stanford. Currently I am renting a 2bed 2bath condo with a room & your own bathroom available :) Rent is about $1.9k with most utilities included (pge and wifi separate), w/d in unit, and parking available! Move-in is flexible, leaning towards Sept 1 but open to earlier dates.

Looking for a female-identifying roommate close to my age that is okay with living with a small (and friendly) cat! Unfortunately won't be able to accommodate more pets. Currently open to 6-month terms or potentially longer.

I have the living room & kitchen completely furnished but if you have things to bring along we can totally work that out!

Easy access to El Camino, Central Expressway, etc. and there are a lot of grocery stores a short walk away.
