I'm looking for someone (male) to take over my lease from Sep 1st '24 to Aug 1st '25.
The lease would officially begin Sep 1, but it is available for moving in immediately.

It's a private bedroom with a private bath in a 2B/2B apartment in Sunnyvale (see photos in link below):

• $1450/month rent. $1450 security deposit.
• Large spacious room with private bathroom
• In-unit washer/dryer/dishwasher
• Living room area with plenty of windows and natural light
• Carpets were recently steam cleaned
• Community pool

You would be sharing the apartment with a 26 y/o male who has been there for 3 years while working at Google.
About roommate:

• Born and raised in the bay, went to school in berkeley and worked at Facebook for a year and a half before joining google.
• Pretty clean. I vacuum, don't leave stuff lying around, don't leave dirty dishes in the sink, take out the trash, take off my shoes before coming onto the carpet, etc.
• Enjoy playing sports (basketball and sand volleyball) and working out. I also play video games with friends (currently have an xbox)
• Don't smoke (prefer non-smokers), don't drink either but don't care if you do as long as you clean up after yourself
• Don't cook all that often (most meals are from google or doordash)
• Wake up around 9:00am and go to bed at around 12am, not really loud in the mornings or evenings and prefer someone who is the same.
• Don't care if you have guests over as long as you're not super loud and you clean up after yourselves
