Still looking for a preferably female roommate for a 1B/1B near the San Antonio center in MV! Lease would be until next July, or open to shorter terms.

Hoping for someone around my age (22F) to share this space with, I enjoy having clean shared spaces + I do have a small cat who's very friendly! (Unfortunately can't accommodate more pets)

Utilities included except PGE/wifi (about $100 each per month), gated parking available (no extra charge) and there is an in unit W/D!

New AC unit, was just renovated before I moved in and is a really great place (sunny in the morning to early afternoon).

Would love to have someone that I could be friends with while also respecting each other's privacy.
