Hello Peninsula house hunters! We have a room for you! It is a spacious room with plenty of sunlight and a huge closet space!
The room is located in a spacious Palo Alto house with 7 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms (shared except for 1 master bathroom). We are currently an eclectic bunch in our mid 20s to early 30s who work in education, engineering, interpretation, and audiology.
This room is available immediately. Rent will be prorated for the first month for someone who is a good fit. Ideally you would stay for at least a year!
Here's a little more about ourselves:
Our house has a two-car garage currently filled with bikes, snowboards, and other adventure implements, a spacious backyard with a fire pit, wood deck, grill, and an amazing hosting kitchen / living room / dining room. We're also walking distance to a fancy grocery store, Rick's Ice Cream, Mitchell Park, the library, and the one and only Great Clips (ok, there's more than one...). Costco is a 4 minute drive. There is plenty of street parking, easy access to highway 101, and lots of bike lanes. We are only a 15 minute drive to Stanford University.
Any gender and couples welcome to apply.
If interested, please fill out this Google Form survey and one of us will reach out to you if you seem like a good fit! Please give as many options as you can for tour availability so that you can meet as many of the housemates as possible!

-What are some of your interests/hobbies? What do you like to do after work? On the weekends?
-What would you make for a house brunch or dinner?
-What is your ideal move date / date range?
-How long are you looking to stay?
-Link to LinkedIn or any other social media page:
-What's your availability for a tour / chat in the upcoming weeks? In-person or virtually?
-Anything else you'd like to share or ask? :)
Security deposit is $1430 (1/7 of the total security deposit) and rent is collected at the beginning of each month. Utilities and shared house supply costs split among housemates ~$100-120/month. We share equally in house chores and meet to discuss preferences and communicate about what's going on in the house.
