Hello, house hunters!

I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in Palo Alto (at CalAve) for $3,500. My room, which is $1,720, is separate from the bathroom. It’s a great space—I’ve always been satisfied with it! It features a balcony, large windows with a wonderful view, and a quiet atmosphere, making it just as appealing as the other room.
