This lovely studio is available for sublet while I'm away on retreat.
Please apply if you're able to commit to minimum one-month stay. Ideally you're able to stay the whole period (Oct. 28th — December 12th). There's also potential for the sublet to extend to December 28th, but that won't be known until early November.

$500 per week,
$2000 per month
or slight discount if you can stay the full six week-ish period.

The place is amazing and recently redone, with everything you need included:
• Amazing kitchen with washer/dryer/full stove
• Bathroom with walk-in shower with dual shower heads, large cabinet with quartz countertop
• Large patio and grass backyard
• Approximately 400 sqft
• furnished
• Off-street parking as well as plenty of street parking
• No pets, no smoking, no drugs, or parties.

Looking for someone committed, peaceful, and honest to inhabit this lovely space!
The only plea is that you water the plants every two weeks : )
