I am looking for a roommate for a lease takeover for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Menlo Park. The lease start would be flexible from November 15/December 1.

Size: the apartment is furnished, spacious (1000 sqft), and has ample light. You will have your private room, a shared bath, in-unit laundry, and a spacious patio. The monthly rent will be $1740 only, not including utilities. The furniture from your room can be removed in case you do not need it, however, the room is fully furnished.

Location: the apartment is minutes away from Menlo Park downtown, is 10 minutes from the campus by bike, and is a 3-4 minute walk from both Trader Joe's and Safeway. Also, the apartment is a mere 3-4 minutes away from the ECR bus stop and an 8-minute walk away from the Menlo Park Caltrain station.

About me: I am a postdoctoral scholar at the Doerr School of Sustainability. I have lived in the apartment for 2 years now. My roommate is leaving next month, so I am seeking a new roommate for the apartment.
