Subletting one room in a 2B1B in Escondido Village from December 7 - January 4. Prioritizing people who can sublet for the entire period. The house is located in a convenient location next to the Graduate Package Center. The house has two floors and is bright and airy--downstairs you will find a fully-stocked kitchen and a spacious living room, upstairs is where the bedrooms and the shared bathroom will be. You will be sharing the house with a lovely graduate student who is friendly and quiet.

Rent- $1400 for the whole period(lesser than what I pay)
