I'm subletting my one-person backyard studio, furnished, next to the campus for the period between 11/28 and 12/21 for $1,500 (or $70 a day if less than the whole period; with a minimum of 7 days). I'll give priority to someone with Stanford affiliation. I will consider people without Stanford affiliation subject to a $300 security deposit. The studio is extremely well located: less than 2 blocks from campus. It takes me 10-30 min. walking or 5-15 min. biking to pretty much anywhere on. The neighborhood is College Terrace and so you'll also be at walking distance from California Avenue and its nearby El Camino Real stores. Please reach out for pictures.

• Attention: the studio doesn't have a full kitchen (no stove) and so it doesn't work for someone who cooks.
