The set contains four 2.5 lb weights, four 5 lb weights, two handles, and two screw-on locks, with the original carrying case. Total weight of the dumbbells is about 40 lb.

They work great; I just recently upgraded to a larger set and don't have space for two sets of dumbbells at home.
