Hoping to find someone looking to stay longer term. In my time off I enjoy playing board games, mixing up Tiki cocktails, some casual gaming, and taking big crazy trips around the world.

Room is approximately 120 SQ ft with a large closet and a ceiling fan. Comes unfurnished. Rest of apartment is furnished. Utilities run an additional ~$150 per month.
