Hi there, I am a 28 y/o female Stanford PhD student who will be transitioning to a Stanford postdoc role in July this year.

I will be looking for off-campus housing for a lease starting August, and am intending to look for a 2bd/2ba or a 2bd/1ba townhouse or apartment in the nearby areas (mountain view/menlo park etc). My budget is ~ $1500 a month.

A bit about me: I like to keep my home clean, cozy, and organized—I cook most of my meals but always clean up right after. I enjoy a friendly and easygoing living dynamic but also value personal space and quiet time. I dont smoke or do any drugs.
