• Rent is $1250/mo, refundable deposit is $1000 and utilities come to about $70-100 per person.
• Room comes unfurnished, approx ~10’ x 12’
• 1 shower shared between you and 2 roommates

We have a fully-equipped kitchen, private backyard, washer and dryer in-unit, ample parking, nice neighbors, and we’re located in a safe, very bike-friendly neighborhood.

You’ll be a quick walk to Rengstorff & Heritage park, Safeway, and Starbucks. Caltrain station and Downtown Mountain View (Castro St) with bars and restaurants are within a couple miles away.

A little about the housemates:

T (33): Earned a PhD at Stanford and does cell research. He is laidback and loves gaming, listening to music, and traveling. He’s chill, creative, and fair.

L (Myself, 24): Work at Stanford as a researcher. In my free time I enjoy playing video games, vintage shopping, and visiting friends in SF. I am kind, clean, and communicative.
