I'm looking for a studio or 1b1b apartment which would be available starting 6/13 or so, either a month-to-month or yearly lease. Preferably within 15 minute walking distance to either University Ave or Cal Ave caltrain stations and rent under $2.5k monthly. Thinking this could align with students who are graduating or moving at the end of the school year and will no longer need their studios, students who are taking a leave of absence, or similar.

I am a clean, quiet tenant and am looking for a place with a kitchen + nearby or in-unit washer/dryer. Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions.
