I'm (F) looking for a 1br/1b in a 2br/2b for a move in date as early as late May or as late as late July 1st. I will be renting with my partner, and we'd split the rent 3 ways (making it cheaper for you!). I'd be looking for a year lease at least.

I'm a very clean, organized, and quiet tenant. I work the majority of the day 7 days a week, so I'm only home in the morning and evenings most of the time. No pets, don't drink, and don't smoke.

Ideally would like an in-unit (not on site) washer and dryer (dryer is not necessary). If not, on-site is okay. Would need at least one parking space.

Must have a kitchen.

Ideally around the Palo Alto, Menlo Park, or Mountain View area.
