Hello! We’re looking for a new roommate to move into a furnished bedroom in our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house starting April 21. The rent is $1850/month plus shared utilities and internet (around $100/month per person), with a $1850 security deposit.

The room is fully furnished with a twin bed, desk, chair, and closet. You’ll be sharing the kitchen and living room with two Stanford MS postdocs. The house has onsite laundry and a driveway for parking.The room is located on the 2nd floor with plenty of natural light, a spacious living area, and a lovely garden right outside. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and just a 10-minute walk from the CalTrain station.
