Hey everyone! I'm looking for a roommate to take over my apartment in Menlo Park starting April 1st. The first month would be a sublease, and then you'd have the option to extend either month-to-month or yearly.

The apartment itself is lovely: it gets a lot of natural light during the day, is very spacious (1000 sq feet), and in a quiet neighborhood.

The place is in a super nice and convenient area: around 10 minutes bike ride from Stanford, 3 minutes away from Trader Joe's and Safeway, and around 5 minutes from Downtown Menlo Park, where there are lots of cute cafes and restaurants. We're also super close to a hiking trail and several parks; the area is safe and everyone is nice in general.
