I'm an admitted PhD student looking to sign a long term lease with a roommate in late May/early June. I'm hoping for a 2B2B apartment that hopefully isn't too pricey or too far from campus (which is apparently asking a lot around here). I haven't found housing yet, but I'm hoping to lock in on a roomie first. Potential roommates must be:

• Female identifying (I'm a girlie)
• Ok with cats since I have 2 adorable ones
• Clean...not saying I need things sterile but maybe someone who does their dishes and if they're messy keeps it in their room
• Fun? Friendly?
