NEED ROOMMATE ASAP
Hello all! We have a small bedroom available in a 5 bedroom house in San Jose (near Milpitas) starting end of April/early May for about $800/mo.
Here are some details

• looking to fill the spot ASAP before the end of April ideally
• 1 year lease (starting in May)
• shared bathroom with two others with plenty of cabinet space + shower
• washer/dryer in unit
• heating, but no AC
• WiFi + electric/gas is usually between $50-90/mo, higher when heating is used. Water is around $50-100 and paid every 2 months.
• the room you would take is small but fits a desk, full size bed and shelf just fine.
• You’ll have parking available on the driveway and the street
• Male roommate preferred
• no pets allowed

We’re 3 male, 1 female living in the house. All young working professionals.
