It is a modern home with massive kitchen and living room as well as a large backyard and even has a hot tub. There is plenty of parking as well. The house is a 10min bike ride from Stanford's campus and about a 20 minute to University Ave.

Non smoking. No pets.

The other housemates are Stanford graduate students. It is a very friendly house.
