Hello! I'm a PhD candidate seeking a house/cottage in Palo Alto that comes with a private backyard, ideally in College Terrace or Evergreen Park area. Willing to pay up to $3,900 (and sell my first-born child if it comes down to it). Please let me know if you know of anything! Thank you.
