I am looking to sublet my room in my shared premium apartment in EVGR B. You would have your own bathroom and the kitchen is shared (laundry in every floor of the building). I have not had a roommate in the adjoining room since winter quarter but someone might be assigned in the summer.

I'm flexible on dates but was hoping for someone who wanted to live there end of june until the start of fall quarter (September 22).

I'm open to negotiating the price depending on how much space I would need to make for your things.
