Studio is a fully furnished EVGR premium studio. Located on the top floor with a beautiful view of the hills, it is ~438 sq ft with a queen bed and no carpeting! It has ample storage and is very quiet.

Dates: Apartment is available to sublet July 9 to August 21.

Cost: $3,500 for the period of July 9 to August 21. Cost includes all utilities and laundry.

Location: Stanford’s campus at 735 Campus Drive. 7 minute bike to med campus. If you are kind to it, you could borrow my bike (5’1” - 5’8”) during your stay. If you require parking, Stanford charges $47/month for a residential permit.

Differences: My apartment is modified so there is “luxury vinyl” flooring throughout the entire apartment rather than just in the kitchen and bathroom. I intend to leave some of my belongings boxed in the apartment out of your way (under the bed or in the corner of the large closet).
