I'm an incoming PhD student searching for an apartment for me and my partner. We're looking to move in early September and our maximum budget is $3200/month. Open to studios, 1-2 bedroom apartments, ADUs, in-law units, as long as they have an adequately sized kitchen and workspace. My partner will be working from home but ideally my commute to campus would be no longer than 20 minutes by car or 40 minutes by public transportation.
